pseudoculus (noun; plural -culi; Greek pseudos, false; Latin oculus, eye): (Arthropoda: Insecta) In Protura, a circular dome of thin, perforated cuticle on the head, having 2-6 neurons with ciliary dendritic processes; thought to be a chemoreceptor, an antennal base, or organs of Tomosvary.
