Usage
Parameters "id" and "ticket" are accepted. "id" should refer to a sixteen-digit number, and "ticket" to a URI. Also accepted is a parameter "reason", which can be set to 1 if you have not responded to the email but just noted its existence, 2 if you have responded to the email because it was not a free license, and 3 if you have responded to the email because the sender was not connected to the source.
