This template will categorize into Cat:OTRS received.

Usage

Place the following code on image pages after when processing an OTRS ticket (permission still not confirmed):

{{subst:OR|id=1234567890123456|reason=processing}}

A date-stamped version of the {{OTRS received}} notification will appear on the file. The file will automatically be categorized by date, but the category will not appear on the actual file page.

  • Parameters "id" and "ticket" are accepted;
    • id should link to a sixteen-digit ticket number and
    • ticket to a full URL to the ticket.
  • The parameter "reason" can be set to the following values:
    • 1 or processing
    • 2, licence, license, nolicense, nolicence, no licence, no license, non-free, or nonfree
    • 3 or email
    • if "reason" is not set at all
