Template:OTRS received/doc
- This template will categorize into Cat:OTRS received.
Usage
Place the following code on image pages after when processing an OTRS ticket (permission still not confirmed):

A date-stamped version of the {{OTRS received}} notification will appear on the file. The file will automatically be categorized by date, but the category will not appear on the actual file page.
- Parameters "
id" and "ticket" are accepted;- id should link to a sixteen-digit ticket number and
- ticket to a full URL to the ticket.
- The parameter "
reason" can be set to the following values:- 1 or processing:
