nematotheca (noun; Greek nema, thread; theke, case): (Cnidaria: Hydrozoa) In Leptomedusae, small stemmed structures from which nematophores develop; one-chambered, single and immovable; two-chambered, shaped like a wineglass, with upper chamber capable of limited movement on its stem.
