Colony morphology
After 14 days on PDA:
- aerial mycelium abundant, rather dense (lanose), cotton- and felt-like, no pionnotal segments, colony margin lobed, colony growth somewhat convulsive, after 12d 53–70 mm in diam, white to orange white (5A2)
- reverse colony white at growth margin (finely lobed), soon becoming light orange (6A5) to grayish orange (5B5) toward colony centre
- sclerotial bodies not observed
- odor not perceptible
