Description
Diagnosis
S molle var rusbyi with 17 to 24 folioles and without a terminal one. The typical variety has only 8 pairs

Somatic numbers of S molle and S polygama are 2n:28[4]
Distribution
Peru and Bolivia, probably the specimens identified from Chile were S.areira. Otherwise corresponds to S.m.rusbyi (fide Barkley vide Sheet Suzuki 335 in SGO)[5]
