Distribution and habitat
Single lot collected from Kiansom forest, 20km inland from Kota Kinabalu.
Remarks
This species is native to North America and has been widely introduced to neighbouring Sarawak and Brunei, on Borneo (Ali 1993[1], Ng et al. 2015b[2]). This appears to be the first record of the species in Sabah.
