Khuzestan Province (Chu et al. 1968[1], Massoud and Hedayeti-Far 1979[2]).
Remark. According to the original description (Martens 1874[3]) this species is characterized by the presence of denticulated border of the columella, and should be ascertained to the genus Neritina.
