Diagnosis
This group is characterised by the following combination of characters: (1) body length ≤ 3.0 mm, except P. (s. str.) masumotoi approaches 3.5 mm; (2) antennomere III shorter than or almost as long as II; VI transverse, length/width ≤ 0.5; (3) metathoracic wings fully developed; (4) aedeagus with median lobe not turning to right at apex; (5) spermatheca sinuous or coiled in distal part.
