Diagnosis
(adapted from Barnard and Karaman 1991[1]). Antenna 1–2 flagella with less than 5 articles. Maxilliped palp article 3 not produced. Pereopod 7 basis posterior margin angled and expanding ventrally. Telson longer than broad and cleft more than half of length. Urosomite 1 produced to form large unilobed carina.
