Diagnosis
The color of this species is unique in that the mesosoma is yellow and black with most of the central areas of the sclerites black and the margins yellow, and the propodeum is mostly yellow. The first metasomal median tergite is long and narrow. The mesosoma, especially the propodeum laterally, is quite setose.
Male. Unknown.
Distribution
Besides the holotype from Indonesia (Sumatra) one specimen from Peninsular Malaysia is deposited in UKM. Distribution map can be found at http://purl.org/thaimaps/comosa. It is included here due to its likelihood of being present in southern Thailand.
