Description
Male: ventrite six with 5 / 6 fine spines; aedeagus Fig. 33 D. Female: not known.
Etymology
Etymology. The last species to be studied and possibly the smallest Acrotrichis known to date.
Discussion
Remarks. Although described on the basis of a single male, the very small size, narrow body and short antennal segments are sufficient to distinguish this species from all others.
Materials Examined
Type data. Holotype: ♂, Ankarafantsika N.P., AKF/09/ 2011, sifting forest litter, Winkler app. extr., S. 16 ˚ 18 ’09.9” E. 46 ˚ 48 ’ 39.3 ”, 87 m, 23.iv. 2011, L.S. L.S.Rahanitriniaina & R.Raveloson (BMNH).
