Notes
Although Leandri (1942)[8] distinguished Acalyphaandringitrensis and A.radula based on leaf shape and bract incision, more recent collections show continuous variation between the extremes recognised by Leandri, and DNA sequences do not differentiate these forms (G. A. Levin, pers. obs.).
