Distribution
Introduced in Tropical Africa and the WIOR region. Mascarene Islands (Mauritius, Réunion, Rodríguez).

Notes
Herb native to the Americas. It has been reported from continental Africa (Cardiel and Montero Muñoz 2018[4]) and from the Mascarene Islands (Baker 1877[1]; de Cordemoy 1895[2]; Coode 1982[3]). We found specimens from the Mascarene Islands (Mauritius, Réunion and Rodríguez).
