Notes

Acalyphareticulata has been usually considered as the accepted name of this species. Leandri (1942)[12] noticed that A.filiformis and A.reticulata are conspecific, but he kept A.reticulata as the accepted name. Applying the rule of priority, the accepted name must be A.filiformis and A.reticulata should be placed as a synonym.
