New Brunswick, Carleton Co., Meduxnekeag Valley Nature Preserve, 46.1888°N, 67.6762°W, 27.VIII.2007, R. P. Webster, upper river margin, sweeping foliage of Echinocystis lobata, prickly cucumber (4, RWC).
Collection and habitat data
Specimens of this species were swept from the foliage ofprickly cucumber(Echinocystis lobata (Michx.) T. & G.) along an upper river margin during August. Barber (1947)[1] reported this species from squash (Cucurbita) and cucumber (Cucumeris sativus L.); Clark et al (2004) reported Cucumeris melo L. as a host.
