Male (Figs. A–D). Body small in size. Head shorter than pronotum. Front oblique, frontal costa distinctly concave before lateral ocelli in profile, frontal ridge with longitudinal groove entirely, width of frontal ridge narrower than width of first segment of antenna. Vertex shorter, protruding over the anterior margin of eyes, its widest 2.5 times diameter of eye. Eye not protruding above pronotum. Antennae slender, located under lower margin of eyes, length of a segment in the middle of antennae is about 4.0 times of width. Upper margin of pronotum slightly elevated near anterior part, anterior margin of pronotum protruding into obtuse angle, reaching 2 / 5 part of eye; lateral carinae contracted backward, posterior margin of lateral lobe of pronotum with 2 concaves and posterior apex of lower margin rounded, the apex of pronotum without a triangular concave, hind process of pronotum reaching 2 / 3 of hind femur, not reaching the end of epiproct. Wings absent. Lower margin of median femur waved. Upper keel of hind femur smooth, Hind tibia with 9 spines on outer side and 8 spines on inner side. First segment of hind tarsus longer than third one, arolium of tarsus very small. Cercus conical. Subgenital plate triangular, apex acute. Female (Figs. E–G). Body larger than male. Vertex protruding over the anterior margin of eyes, its maximum width 3.0 times diameter of eye. Pronotum shorter, reaching 7 th abdominal tergite only. Ovipositor valves narrower, length of upper valve is 4.0 times its width. Others as the same as male.
