Description
Included taxa. Ensifera ‘ sensu lato ’ (see below) and Caelifera. Discussion. The metathoracic legs are unknown in numerous fossil Archaeorthoptera. Nevertheless, it remains one of the most evident autapomorphies of the Orthoptera.
