Provides adjective form of region or country name in user's preferred language. Used for regions and present or historical countries not covered by {{CountryAdjective}} template.

Usage

Parameters

Parameter name Description Default value required or optional?

parameter #1 (1) Nationality. Can be: empty required
parameter #2 (2) Gender. Possible values:
  • m or male - default option
  • f or female
  • n or neutral - Neuter (or neutral) gender used in some languages like Polish
  • s - special case used in case of dual nationalities for ending of first nationality. Used in German, French, Polish, etc.

Languages not needing n or s options should default to m.

parameter #3 (3) this parameter tells the template whether to use the indefinite article (a/an) at the beginning or not (set to any non-empty value to add an article) empty optional
lang language code (only needs to be provided if the language shall be fixed and independant from the user's preferences) empty optional
