Remarks
To date, this is the only Eucorydia species recorded in Japan. However, Sakamaki and Tsuda (2006)[4] also recorded one unknown species from Uji Island. That species superficially resembles the purpuralis population of E. dasytoides but whether it is a new species is still undetermined.
