Convert a formatted text, including at present bold, italic and underline (other formats to be added as needed) into a link-usable text. Assumming the author indicates accents with underline and uses both wiki and HTML code for italics this template works as following:
''Genus sp<u>e</u>cies'' ssp. <i>subspecies</i> → Genus species ssp. subspecies
