The length of the spore from the side view.

The measurements are given as a range of variation based on 10 or more for each species. Mature spores form a spore print is desirable. Spores were mounted in Melzer’s reagent.

胞子サイズは、ひとつの種につき10個以上計測し、そのサイズの幅として表す。胞子紋から得られた成熟した胞子を用いて計測することが望ましい。 胞子はメルツァー液でマウントする。
