Adult with wingspan 14.5 mm. In Promalactis jezonica, the forewing has a white dot at end of the fold, the uncus lacks the triangular process, the juxta is very slender, and the aedeagus has no distal spine; and the lamella postvaginalis is nearly crown shaped.
