This template is recommended to add at the top of pages which are derived from an original article. It links to the publication and informs that much, but not necessarily all content is derived from that publication and needs to be attributed to these authors.
A major reason to include this notice is to address two concerns of the original authors:
- that they are not sufficiently attributed for the information, although they have supplied perhaps 99%
- that they are held responsible for later changes, which introduce an error.
Parameters:
- Formatted page title (main part of the wiki page title)
- Formatted page subtitle (together the two titles, after stripping formatting, must be identical with the actual page title)
