Distribution
Canada: BC, SK, ON, NB, NS, NL; USA: CA, IA, IL, IN, MA, MO, PA, SC, VA, VT; widespread in Palaearctic (Moore and Legner 1975[1]; Seevers 1978[2]; Downie and Arnett 1996[3]; Smetana 2004[4]; Klimaszewski and Majka 2007a[5]; Webster et al. 2009[6]; Klimaszewski et al. 2011[7]). Adventive in Canada.
