This template will add tagged pages to either Category:Media needing categories, Category:Uncategorized categories or Category:Uncategorized templates or Category:Uncategorized pages.

Even though it says "template" above, this is simply because of the embedded logic. If this template is on a media file, it will correctly say "media file".
