This template marks all images released under PD-1996.
Usage

<usage>: {{PD-1996|country|URAA date|reason}} or {{PD-1996|country=country|date=URAA date|reason=reason}}. If country is not given, it isn't mentioned in the rendering of this template. date gives "January 1, 1996 for most countries" by default. You should only specify a date if the source country became a signatory to the Berne Convention or a member of the WTO after January 1, 1996. See Non-U.S. copyrights for a per-country list of URAA dates.
